Computers and Operating Systems

Besides one personal computer with Microsoft Windows for administrative use we have got a number of PCs with Linux to cater for our computational needs. Those PCs form a Cluster of Workstations (COW); HTCondor and MPI are used for distributed batch processing. You can view the current usage of our cluster via the Ganglia Cluster Toolkit.
